Service Description

We do FAI sample inspection, initial production inspection, in process or during production inspection, final inspection and pre shipment inspection service. We perform supplier factory audit according to global customer requirement. We monitor the products loading process before shipment. Furthermore we give expertise advice based on the actual status and customer expectations.
During Production Inspection (DPI inspections) are used to check the product early on in production and make sure that they conform to the client’s standards. As production is continued these defects can be addressed so that the defect rate for the rest of production is lowered.
DPI is performed when at least 10% of an order is completed. It can uncover problems at an earlier production stage, allowing more time for reworking and correction. It also helps you supervise whether the production process is on schedule.
